Flat Rock Return Policy

Customers may return items for a full refund with the following provisions:

• The return request is made within seven (7) days of delivery.
• The customer has contacted Flat Rock to indicate their intention to return an item.
• The item is properly packaged and shipped (at the customer’s expense) to Flat Rock at 415 E. 38th Street, Anderson, IN 46013.

Returns wherein the product is damaged by the customer or due to poor customer packaging may be refused by Flat Rock. Flat Rock reserves the right to refuse returns at company discretion. Have questions about our return policy? Contact us here.

All returns are assessed a handling and restocking fee of $100.00.
